Treat Assured Safety Measures

  • Only Asymptomatic guest are allowed.
  • You are requested to submit a Self-Declaration form Via electronic mode 48 hours within the check in date.
  • All guests are screened at check in time for temperature and are requested to follow the sanitization process as per the Resort.
  • It is mandatory for all the guests to download AarogyaSetu app in their mobile phones & present it at the time of arrival at the hotel.
  • Use of face mask is mandatory throughout the entire stay.
  • Guests are requested to use sanitizers either brought by them or use Sanitizer Stations kept across all public/common areas in the Resort.
  • Touch Points in each & every corner of Common Public Areas are cleaned & sanitized continuously.
  • All staffs wear gloves & mask at all times & maintain social distancing.
  • All rooms are pre-sanitized by undertaking sanitization process with proper PPE gear with gloves, masks etc as per the SOP laid down. In wake of Covid19, in Room cleaning service of occupied rooms is not encouraged/however disposable bags will be provided in every room & the dust disposal will be done by the Resort Staff at the door only. In case of urgent housekeeping/maintenance issues, staff with PPE Kit will resolve the issue.
  • Ensuring Zero Contact Touch points, meal services are configured to maintain Food & Guest Safety as per Government’s Guidelines.
  • Guests should maintain Social distancing in Public Areas / Games areas / Restaurants etc...
  • As per Goverment Regulations, Team sports are to be discourged.
  • Swimming poo/ Spa/ Cardio are kept non-operational as per the Government's Covid19 safety regulations.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Check in Time: 1300 hrs & Check out Time: 1000 hrs
  • The rate is valid for a minimum stay of 2 nights and above.
  • Above Rates are on Double Occupancy.
  • Valid photo identification proof to be submitted at check in for each guest (Aadhar card/Driving license/ Passport/Voters ID). Pan card will not be considered as a valid proof.
  • In order to encourage cashless transactions & diminish any possible contamination scope – paid services taken at the resort; guest are encouraged to make payment via digital mode of payments (Bank Transfers / QR Code payments).

  • 100% pre-payment required to avail these rates and benefits at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation Policy–
    • 1. Refund in case of Lockdown enforced by the local Government of Silvassa.
    • 2. Credit will be given to any cancellation of confirmed bookings by guests upto due to Covid19 apart from above mentioned Point No -1 which can be utilised in future date as per availability.
    • 3. Any other Reason apart from Covid19, booking is non-refundable& change of date is not permissible.
